Content
It is understood by all parties that the content of the advertising being provided by Client to worksnworkers.com for inclusion in the Website, or worksnworkers.com applications is the property of the Client, and becomes property of worksnworkers.com when posting on the Website. In the event, that content provided by the Client to worksnworkers.com is not the property of the Client, the Client bears responsibility for any fines or fees associated with the use of that content on the Website.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our website. These Terms also include our Privacy and Cookie Policy. By accessing and using, you agree to comply with these Terms. Any information supplied to a client by the company regarding a candidate is done so on a strictly confidential basis to enable the client to assess a candidate’s suitability for the position and except where authorized or required by law shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express written consent of the Company.
Assignment
This Agreement shall be personal to you and you may not assign, transfer, sublet, lease or delegate all or any of your rights and obligations, without worksnworkers.com's prior written consent.
Worksnworkers.com reserves the right to assign or transfer all or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any companies in the same group or any other third party. In the event of assignment or transfer, notification will either be given to you by e-mail or posted on the Website.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Nepal.
Registration
Where you are asked to complete a registration form the personal details that you provide must be true, accurate and complete. You agree to notify us of any changes which are relevant to your registration.
Program Modifications
Client agrees to accept the Website’s current format and base level of functionality. Worksnworkers.com reserves the right to upgrade and enhance that functionality at its sole discretion.
Severability
In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes and replaces any and all prior written or verbal agreements. Worksnworkes.com’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between Client and Recruiting.com nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Client understands that he or she represents his or her organization when agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.
